Members of the public may obtain copies of documents on file with the Department of Financial Institutions, subject to rules set forth in Government Code 6250, Inspection of Public Records.
To make a request under the California Public Records Act, send a letter by mail or fax to the Department's Legal Department located in Sacramento, California.
