Money Transmitter Bond Form - Clarification
The Department has received a number of inquiries about the item in the January 2012 issue of the Monthly Bulletin, entitled "New Money Transmission Bond Forms." Please note that this requirement applies only to DFI's money transmitter licensees. It does not apply to banks, credit unions, or any licensee other than money transmitters.
