SCO - Unclaimed Property Law Changes; Fall/Winter 2009 Newsletter

The Holder Outreach Team at the State Controllers Office (SCO) has asked DFI to forward the following notice to licensees that are holders of unclaimed property:

Please review the notice regarding the law changes affecting the Unclaimed Property Program. These changes will be effective January 1, 2010: New Law Changes – Effective January 1, 2010.
