Money Transmitter Call Report Order, Forms & Instructions

Re: Financial Code Section 1807(f) Order - Call Report

Effective immediately, all companies licensed as money transmitters under Financial Code Section 1800, et seq. (collectively referred to as "Money Transmitters"), shall comply with the requirements of the attached Order, issued pursuant to California Financial Code Section 1807(f).

This Order provides that Money Transmitters must file quarterly financial reports in the form of an Excel-based Call Report and additional documents ("Call Reports") electronically via email with the Department of Financial Institutions.

The Call Report is prepared on a calendar year basis. This is the filing schedule for the Call Report:

CALL REPORT / FILING DATE

First Quarter (Period Ended March 31) - May 15

Second Quarter (Period Ended June 30) - August 15

Third Quarter (Period Ended September 30 - November 15

Fourth Quarter (Period Ended December 31) - March 31
