Pandemic Preparedness Meeting - Bay Area Response Coalition (BARC FIRST)

The Bay Area Response Coalition (BARC FIRST) together with the Business Recovery Managers Association (BRMA) is holding a joint meeting on Pandemic Preparedness on Thursday, July 27 from 9:00 AM until 3:30 PM. The meeting is hosted by Visa International at 900 Metro Center Blvd., Foster City in the Metro 1 Auditorium.

Emergency preparedness and business recovery are important topics that every financial institutions needs to address. Since 2002, the Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) has required that licensees' boards of directors review and approve their institutions' business resumption and contingency plans and provide DFI with copies of board resolutions to that effect. We encourage licensees in the San Francisco Bay Area to attend what promises to be a useful and informative event. Please refer to the attached invitation (PDF) from BARC FIRST for details.
