Trust Services Division

The Trust Services Division of DFI licenses and regulates all state-chartered bank trust departments and trust companies. Supervision of trust activities of this state is conducted through periodic examinations of all California State licensed institutions with trust powers and financial reporting of fiduciary and related services.
