Golden Charter Anniversaries

It's hard to believe that a decade has passed since the State Banking Department, Department of Savings and Loan and parts of the Department of Corporations came together to form a new department-the Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) to reflect the changes taking place in the financial services industry; changes that are still taking place. In honor of DFI's tenth anniversary, we are inaugurating a new feature on the DFI web site acknowledging the anniversaries of financial institutions-- ten or more years.The DFI recognizes that in a fast-paced, changing marketplace in which we do business it is important to recognize and to celebrate important milestones.
