Contracting is the responsibility of the Business Services Unit in Sacramento.

The Department of General Services, Procurement Division's new eProcurement (eP) system is open for business!

The following services are now accessible in the new eP:

  • California State Contracts Register (CSCR)
  • Leveraged Procurement Agreements (LPAs)
  • Small Business (SB) and DVBE search tool
  • SB/DVBE online certification application
  • State Contract and Procurement Registration System (SCPRS)
