DFI Announces Residential Mortgage Survey Results

Results of the DFI Residential Mortgage Survey conducted in January 2009 are now available on the DFI website. The results include information on licensee conventional and non-traditional mortgage holdings, delinquencies, foreclosures, modifications, and servicing volumes. Additionally, there is information regarding licensees holding or servicing fewer than 500 mortgages.
