Local Agency Security Program - Reporting Requirements
Weekly Reports (PDF): Each depository that accepts local agency deposits must report weekly to the Administrator of Local Agency Security, in accordance with California Government Code Section 53663 (b). The information in the report must be as of the close of business each Wednesday and delivered to the Administrator within five business days.
Called Reports (PDF): These reports are required by California Government Code 53661 (e). The reports are due at the call of the Administrator. Due dates for future reports are below:

Collateral Transfers (PDF): Agents of Depository are required to report in writing to the Administrator within two business days after any addition, withdrawal, or substitution of pooled securities that secure local agency deposits, in accordance with California Government Code Section 53663 (a).
